The apartment, at the ground floor, has a surface of 68 square meters (or 730 square feet) with 4 + 3 sleeps.
It consists of large living room and 2 bedrooms both have bathrooms with shower and bidet. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two, satellite TV, wall safe and a well equipped kitchenette with 4 fires and various electrical appliance including dishwasher and combined oven (microwaves, grill and normal oven). One bedroom has a double bed and a second bedroom has twin beds and space for an extra bed.
Near the entry of the apartment, in the adjacent vineyard where the swimming pool is located, there is a private covered area suitable for outdoor dining and relaxing.
