The cottage, with an area of 53 square meters (570 square feet), is outside of the farm in the middle of a field of olive trees but away from the pool of the farmhouse only 150 meters (3 - 4 minutes of pleasant walk). Stunning views of the Chianti hills. At the ground floor, there is the living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living room has cooking corner, satellite TV and wall safe. The kitchenette is well equipped with 4 burners, various appliances including combined oven (microwave, grill and normal cooking) and also dishwasher. The bedroom has twin beds that can be joined to form a double bed. In the bathroom, beside the shower and bidet, there's a washing machine. At the upper floor, reached by a staircase (not recommended for elderly and children under 6 years) there is a nice attic room that comfortably contains 1 single bed and 1 chair-bed. The building has both air conditioning and heating. Outside, there is a gazebo for outdoor dining, a barbecue, deck chairs and space for parking. |
