The prices include:

extra beds; baby beds; final cleaning; weekly change of sheets and towels; free use of Hi-Fi, of mountain bikes, of barbeque including fire wood, of electricity, of gas (not for heating), of swimming pool, of covered parking, of satellite TV, and of wall safe.

The prices do not include:

Tourist Tax
Washing machine: 3 Euros each washing
Heating: as used with a maximum of 15 €/day (Jacopo and Edoardo); 20 €/day (Filippo, Pietro, Tommaso and Laura); 25 €/day (Caterina, Giovanni and Sofia)

Bookings e Cancellations

The booking requires a deposit of 30% of the rental price payable by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
No security deposit requested.
The balance will be paid during the stay by Credit card or cash.
Cancellation up to 90 days on arrival: penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellation from 90 days on arrival to 30 days on arrival: penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellation after 30 days on arrival: penalty of 100% of the total price.
