The prices include:
all taxes; final cleaning; electricity, gas
and water; sheets and towels (changed weekly); Wi-Fi in the
apartment (bring your notebook); satellite TV; wall safe;
communal use of swimming pool, covered parking, crib for babies
up to 3 years, barbecue including firewood, mountain bikes,
internet point, domestic and international telephone calls (except
to mobile phones).
The prices do not include: The prices
include:
all taxes; final cleaning; electricity, gas and water; sheets

The prices do not include:
• Extra sleeps: 40 Euros per sleep and per week or fraction.
• Washing machine: 3 Euros each washing
• Heating: as used with a maximum of 15 €/day (Jacopo and
Edoardo); 20 €/day (Filippo, Pietro, Tommaso and Laura); 25
€/day (Caterina, Giovanni and Sofia).
• Baby sitting services: 10 Euros/hour
• Maid services: 12 Euros/hour.

The booking
requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with
Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

The total
settlement will be paid at arrival.

Cancellations up to
31 dd on arrival, we apply a penalty of 30% of the total
price.

Cancellations after
30 dd on arrival, we apply a penalty of 100% of the total
price.
