The prices include:
all taxes, final cleaning; weekly change of
sheet and towels: free use of Hi-Fi, of Skype for international
calls (not to mobile phones), of mountain bikes, of barbeque
including fire wood, of electricity, of gas (not for the heating),
of swimming pool, of covered parking, of satellite TV, and of
wall safe.
The prices do not include:
• Extra sleeps: 40 Euros per sleep and per week or fraction.
• Washing machine: 3 Euros each washing
• Heating: as used with a maximum of 15 €/day (Jacopo and
Edoardo); 20 €/day (Filippo, Pietro, Tommaso and Laura); 25
€/day (Caterina, Giovanni and Sofia).
• Baby sitting services: 10 Euros/hour
• Maid services: 12 Euros/hour. |
Bookings & Cancellations
- The booking requires a deposit of 30% of the rental price
payable by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
- The balance will be paid during the stay by Credit card or
cash.
- Cancellation up to 30 days on arrival: penalty of 30% of the
total price.
- Cancellation after 30 days on arrival: penalty of 100% of the
total price. |
